Ok, it's been a while since I did a cycle. Last time I did, I was not able to get anything as advanced as I can today. I'm wanting advice on the type of cycle I should do, as well as a post cycle. I'm wanting to cut, and am wanting to add size, but my priority I'd losing weight. Not to be a Greek god at the beach, just to be healthy and confident. Right now, I'm taking blue top hgh, and clen. I had some issues occur in my life that led me to gain some very unwanted weight. I work out 3-5 times a week. I don't know my maxes, because I don't want to max. I do know I bench over 300, and have a solid back, leg, and shoulder workout. My stats are as follows...

Age:34
HT: 5'10
Wt: 255
BMI: fat

I'm wanting to get down close to my weight and figure I had in the marines. Can anyone help me. Any and all advice is appreciated.
 
How many cycles have you run and what did they look like (compounds and dosages)?
 
ok lets get a little more into detail. Im not concerned about BMI because anyone in bodybuilding or powerlifting will weigh alot more than what their BMI index states they should be at. But in honesty, when you say fat, what are you stating??? For example bodyfat would give us better indication on where you're at. Also says you workout 3-5 times a week, how much cardio is involved in that. Diet is going to be the key factor in your situation so that needs to be discussed and planned heavily..... What are your goals???
