my newb tren experience

i just finished a 14 week blast... last 4-5 weeks i ran AEL tren a and Dyel tren a..

take i for what it's worth from a guy with very little tren experience... i was happy with both... couldn't tell a difference when i switched half way.

my only real side was shortness of breath, but i haven't done any bloods (will at the end of summer) so not sure what might be out of wack there.

overall i liked tren... if the bloods come back good ... it will continue to be part of my arsenal... i was on a cut so no monstrous gains of course. but about a week or 2 after the first shot i had put back on 5-6lbs while doing an average of 2100 cals and working out a lot...

again i'm a tren newb...but AEL and dyel were both good in my humble opinion.
 
Were you running tren e or tren a? How often did you pin and how much? My fall run I am thinking about trying tren e for the first time.

Trying to slowly increase my calories. .. I'm failing miserably. .. dieting was easier...lol...

I wanted go up by a few hundred... but once I hit that number ( about 2500)... it just seems to make me even hungrier. .lol

I haven't been able to hit that but one day this week... ending up at 3000 plus almost daily!!!... I've got to get my will power back!!!!

if its clean foods it won't be a problem,, complex carbs like rice/brown rice are usually not completely broken down and rarely stored as fat, so just slight portion increases and you're in the zone
 
been finding it harder to increase my cals a little than it was to diet!!!!... i haven't hit less than 3000 hardly any... i got to dig that will power back up....

one week off everything but my 125mg of test u weekly and looking better than ever imho... must be filling back up.... i just dont want to put on any fat... i can do this!!!

Holy shit krustus... You look great. Thats what happens, all the glucose leaves your muscle while your cutting as its used for energy. Thats why we look flat and in some cases more soft on a cut. It seems odd that we look looser when we are dropping weight but it is what it is. Now you put some cals back into the equation and your body fills back out.


I have never seen you look so good man. Awesome work my friend that is a transformation!!! Your setting the bar high krustus. .. I like it.

been off about 15 days... haven't hit less than 3000 cals any day...lol... i'm gonna have to do a mini cut if i keep this up. going for 2500 or so today.. wish me luck.

current condition is a little softer than i was ... but not by much... i was planning on maintenance cals for the rest of the summer plus... but i'm over every day!

You look fucking awesome man but remember what it took to get there. Keep counting those cals. They will add up as you know and my new favorite line is, you cant look like your on steroids if your not on steroids." Fight to keep that look to your next cycle and the continued progress will just keep getting better.
