So as y'all have heard before I'm a Duel Major Exercise Science and Dietetics (thinking bout getting my masters)...I've been lifting for about 7 years now first 2 was learning my body, building up from a scrawny 140 lbs to 200lbs of solid weight mainly just bulking eating whatever, 2nd 2 years I really started dieting and taking my lifting game to the next level that's when I got to the size and leaness of my Avi. At that point I was about to get sponsored all my dreams where coming True.... Fuck No/ Curve Ball... I blew my umbilical Hernia, ruptured my back disk and then my severe PTSD started... So for a year and half I didn't work out I just drink every day and night, just doing online coaching for folks.... Back in Nov. Looking jacked bro I need to get more serious myself lol I was a exercise science major myself but I had to drop out due to money (lack of) keep up the good work

Thanks Just gotta stay consistent with my work.. I'll be back to my full potential God gave me!

looking good bro. Honestly be glad you have issues with being naturally skinny. I always carried a great genetic build. Seriously lifting since I'm 13 yrs old besides a little time off for shoulder injuries etc. Now I've inherited the curse of a slow thyroid form my mom's side of the family. I just can't seem to shake this belly fat. MY levothyroxine dose(t-4) is at 200 mg daily. The tren doesn't even work like it used to however I just stay positive.

Looking great! How much are you weighing in at now and what do you want to get to in 6 months?

I hope you're using what you've learned to do it right this time. You have a golden opportunity here to build the body you want. Core and legs brother! It's so tempting to hit upper body harder than abs and legs, but you know as well as I do that the better your core and legs are the better everything else responds, and that it doesn't work the other way around.

I'm having a blast pounding legs and enjoying much easier upper body workouts, yet seeing great results still in chest, back, shoulders and arms thanks to putting on more size (more blood) in my legs. Now I just have to take my own advice and hit the core harder.

plus a little extra right?... you know the saying ... God made man... man made tren... tren made God

I know it's just such a bitch having to work so hard at it and then you got guys who workout for a quarter and just get huge...

Damn you are rock'n it! Those are some impressive wheels. I just recently, because of an injury, switched to legs three times a week. I'm loving it, and seeing WAY better results than I've seen in years.

Please ignore any advice I've given. You know exactly what the hell you're doing.

There's no such thing as bad advice... Your right though by me working out my legs every other day, I've been able to build a better upper body and giving me time to focus on symmetry

Nice lil back pic of traps

Def looks like your on the right track. You know this game is about consistency.
How far are you from when you were at your best?

I think about another quarter of defining, adding mass in certain areas and focusing on symmetry and I should be there. Abs are coming in better then before from vacuuming and stretching... Damn obliques are being stubborn

Awesome. .. I got a lot of questions I'll be suggesting....

A lot of hard work there brother. Its no surprise that many of our stories include some type of personal adversity from addiction, to loss or some other type of battle. I enjoy your post and its very inspirational. I will defiantly keep you in mind whenever I get around to another interview.
