I lost 10 lbs. I wasnt trying to. I ate like trash, drank like a fish and sat in one spot most the time
 
wish i had your metabolism...
 
Dont feel bad i took off 5mos when my son was born. Im glad i did. Body needed a rest and now my acne is gone yaaaayyy! But now im back in the game and gonna get huge. I only lost 15lbs but it looks like 40 lol! And ill have to say im still around 11% bf!! lucky me
 
I have had a couple injuries but im fine now. i only took like a week off. NOw I have been double tapped by ringworm and the flu. so this weeks a bust lol
 
hope you get healed up soon bro, gotta listen to your body, it will tell you when you are ready.
