My Var Cycle..

Any Advice, suggestions or opinions welcome. I am thinking of trying this simple cycle once I get settled in my new place and can focus on the important things in life.. Working out and eating right.

Week1:: var10/ed fat burner(hydroxy cut or jet fuel) T3-20mcg (stepping up slowly for first days to 75mcg)

Week2:: Var10/ed fat burner T3 75mcg/ed

Week3:: Var10/ed Clen20mcg-50cg T3 75mcg/ed

Week4:: Var10/ed Clen60mcg-step down T3 75mcg/ed

Week5:: Var10/ed Fat burner/ed T3 75mcg/ed Nolva10mg/ed

Week6:: Var10/ed Fat burner/ed T3 75mcg/ed Nolva10mg/ed

Week7:: Var10/ed Clen 20mcg-50mcg T3 75mcg/ed Nolva10mg/ed

Week8:: Var10/ed Clen 60mcg-step down T3 step down Nolva10mg/ed

That took forever to type I shouldve used microsoft or something..
 
Have you used clen before? I like albuteral better myself
 
I have used clen before, Too much makes any muscle group im working at the time cramp. never used albuterol except for my bronchitis.
 
might wanna try switching, its a bit more mild. many prefer it
 
Is itexpensive? My main concern is Costs and of course getting it isn't easy. I only use one source.
 
nah might be a bit more but its not that expensive
 
I'm guessing after your previous var runs, you will want to bump it up to 20mg a day, but that's always an option. You put more thought and planning into it than a lot of the guys do. I think you should maybe look into some primo. I think it would be a nice addition.
 
That was in some of the advanced "example cycles" they had, but I had to change this one so much I would just have to start from scratch. Idk. Gotta find out how much this willl run me..

Beta receptors aren't cleared during your clen off weeks when using caffeine, try not using the fat burners, it will make the Clen that much more potent when on. 10mg of Var is good, after multiple cycles you can bump up to 20mg like Wabbit said. But, I wouldn't go over that! I also would run the Var for 10 wks., as it takes 6 wks for it to kick in. You might want to add the extra two weeks in the beginning, giving your blood levels a chance to build up, before hitting it with the T3.

yeah exactly grim. She is planning on running benadryl in the off weeks, and the eca or fat burner will keep the metabolism ramped up while off. As far as 10 vs 20mg, it isn't her first run, and she was getting her best results at 20.
I'm just proud of her for getting back in the gym without any supps. It can be a big mental hang up that's hard to overcome. I don't know how off cycle effects females, but I know the last thing I wanted to do when cycling off was go to the gym.

Are you gona split the var like 10/10 split? Take ten mg in the am and ten mg in the pm?
 
I was thinking about doing that although I don't go to the gym at night. Not sure if having more in your system at the time you hit the gym helps more, or if having a steady constant stream in your system helps more... Guess I should do more research?
 
You want a your levels to stay steady it is the action of going to the gym which causes growth but the growth happens that night or the next day when your recovering hence keep blood levels stable at all times.

Gator is right. Doesn't matter when you take the Var, as long as you take it consistently. Growth happens when you rest, not when you're in the Gym.
 
Good things to know. I think Maybe I will try to take 10mg in the AM and 10mg in the PM. As for the Clen reacting with Benadryl, I take Benadryl every night because I have trouble sleeping. Do you think I should lay off it while I'm running Clen?Good Idea with the var keep those levels stable. After 2 weeks of clen I would use benadryl and a ECA stack since benadryl clears your receptors keep using it at night. You sound like me a upper during the day and a downer at night to help sleep. Be careful that can take its toll even with benadryl cycle your clen for 6 weeks then change to something else.

Var & clen came in. Very excited but can't start till gym membership gets back on track. Would like to have the T3 and nolva but I'm sure I will have to wait a while for that.. Being poor sucks.
