Nandrolone deca

I've never really gave this compound a fair try. I've read a lot on it. What's the best mgs and how much test would you run with it ?

I like to cruise the cycle at 600/750 nandro/test. I’ll usually spike it to 800/800 for 3-4 weeks. 20 week cycles.

I got the dreaded Deca dick on NPP at 600 a week.

Results weren't bad but when that happened i said fuck that shit and got off before i had a chance to really see what the nandrolone could do. I tried adding caber but at that point i just wanted off.

2 times your body weight for deca. But I’d stop at 600. I’ve been as heavy as 300lbs and still made great gains at 500mg per week with 750mg of test.

NPP never bothered me and I stayed away from deca, never really used it.
