This has been going on for days now and it really sucks. Pain at the back of my head (left side) with tension headaches. I tried a heat pad, a cold pack, massage, stretching. It doesn't go away 🙁
 
I saw the chiropractor on Wednesday but I'm still in pain and wear a collar (neck brace). I can't lift until it is healed.

I wish I knew and I'm still in pain. Chiro said to wait a week but I will call him on Wednesday for sure.

I woke up at 3am and couldn't go back to sleep. I got up and did 45 min fasted cardio (elliptical) while watching a video (documentary about vets) on YouTube. I added 100 push ups, 100 lunges and some abs.
