So here's my goal I'm 6/4 185 an wanna bulk up an cut up at same time ! I have done deca 250 an got some results with no test even so I'm thinking test E 250 an deca 250 or start with dbol. I'd really like to get some dbol any help??? Thanks for your time......

At 6'4" and 185, you should already be cut.
Assuming you're 30 years old and work out, say 5x a week, you'd need at least 3500 calories to gain any weight. And you definitely want to favor fats and carbs on your macro break down. Basing this on your obviously ectomorph frame. Get your diet in place and consistent, then add in your gear. Start with Test 250 2x a week add in Dbol if you'd like.
There's a lot of variables that factor into anyone giving you exacting advice, variables you haven't mentioned. The more details about your caloric intake, exercise routine, lifestyle, specific goals, etc determines the best way for "you" to proceed
 
I am cut up already an all I do is eat that last cycle I did I was at 218 an the guy I got my gear from had moved an no longer is doing it anymore so. I'm naturally skinny my metabolism is so fast I eat a good diet daily I play ball a few times a week and work out as couple times a week but can't seem to gain any weight. The only time I seem to see results is when I'm on cycles. Which is what brings me here to get best advice on vendors fast shipping and won't rip you off. Do alot of them require a private email?
 
When I started I was 6'3", 6'4" (depends who measured me) and 185lbs. My all time heaviest was 305lbs. I ate about 5K diet, I was early 20's though. I agree a lot with what Tsize said.

You say you eat a lot but I bet if you tracked it with something like MyFitnessPal you would realize you’re not eating as much as you think you are. 185 at 6’4 is insanely low weight.

lots of diet plans on here, give it a search , or look in the logs for others who did it before you

Step 1 is to get a food scale and measuring cups, then install myfitnesspal, and just track what you eat. IIFYM is what I do but since I am on trt and do some juicing I keep fats lower than carbs, and shoot for near 200 grams of protein.

Man.... There's so much to get into with this. Macros, Carb cycling, IIFYM, Proteins vs. Fats, nutrient timing, caloric intake, TDE expenditure, and a whole host of other things to dive into.
