6'1", 230lbs.. I primarily powerlift, but do some bodybuilding in between power cycles. 500lb FULL raw squat (no shallow shit, beltless, no wraps), 530 raw deadlift (beltless, strapless, knee wrapless), and 365lb raw bench.
