You can except with dumbells they only go to 65. Deads n squats . bench you can get heavy. Plus i have lunch from 12 to 2 n thats when i lift take shower eat n go back to work.

Damn we are shut down till the 28th. 2 of the trainers tested possitive for covid. I was the only trainer left but im in quarentine now waiting on my test results. Once again.
