Fully quit smoking. Was using vape for past 6-8 months maybe little longer.

Tapered down to a very light hitting vape pen could barely taste it or see vapor, and now havent vaped at all in at least a week maybe 2

I quit about a year ago. I just threw it out and i was lucky to be able to just stop

it dont take much esp if youre around it.

probably the third or fourth time i quit, only consider previous times i quit for a few years minimum
