Npp for joint lubrication

What is the minimum dose you would recommend to get the benefit of joint lubrication from NPP or Deca? I'm thinking about adding it to my cruise b/c my joints are sore since I've come off three weeks ago.
 
I get great joint release from hgh, anavar, and primo. And no sides, dont wanna offend anyone but I love tren hate deca and npp. To me they are the 2 I u no desire to run again

100-200 a week of deca has study's that show it gets job done.
But u gotta be patient!!!
