A searchable online database has been developed by USP as a repository for food ingredient fraud reports and associated analytical detection methods. Such information can be useful to parties responsible for assessing existing and emerging risks and trends for economically motivated adulteration, authenticity, fraud, or counterfeiting issues for food ingredients. In addition, it can be useful for those managing the risk of food fraud by providing a library of detection methods reported in peer-reviewed scientific journals.

Fatsecret.com fully searchable database of name brand and generic foods. Mobile app has a scanner so you can scan the barcode on packaged food items and get all the data. Easy to record your daily intake. Actually a good resource to set up a diet. You can choose how you want portions too like each piece, grams, ounces, or even cups. Contains data on cooked and raw food. Only missing stuff is data on cooked oats, rice, quinoa etc. it's all still measured dry.
