Anyone here add oils to their food? MCT, avocado oil, grape seed etc.

If so how much? Why? And do you adjust other macros when doing so?
 
MCT from coconut or butter to one meal, around 14 grams

Small avocado to another meal

Cocoa to breakfast meal.

Peanut or almond butter to another meal, 1TBPS or 16 grams.

Fish oils breakfast and last meal of day

When it comes to Fats, you always add the Macros in to your count.

I alternate Peanut butter and Almond butter throughout the day... 1Tbsp PB to breakfast, Almond butter for pre workout meal, and PB before bed meal.

Avocado to one meal, and Cashews (or nut oil, like Macadamia nut oil) to another meal.

I don't really mess with MCT oil because I want the fuel from whatever my fat source is. MCT oil passes through the stomach and doesn't really start metabolizing until it's in the small intestines.
