Well most people know I have high cholesterol and I just got it done it was 260! My diet was shit I have gave up in the gym and blah blah but now I'm back in the game, iv been eating way better and more gym to.

I'm 200 and 20 bf

My goal is to get down in the 180s and 10 bf and then get blood work done. Like I said my diet was shit so much junk and fride food. I am 26

Right now I'm doing a 10 day cycle of dnp at 250 for 5 then 500 for 5 . I'm taking 500 mg of niacin for 14 days on then 14 off.

If anyone can help me and this me more with this it would be great I just want my health back oh and my blood pressure is fine
 
Ps if read that some one had high cholesterol and took dnp and got bloods done and his cholesterol came back noarml under 200

cut out the junk food, that will do it, in three months your levels will be way different. no junk
 
Been following your struggles for a while now man. The main thing you need to develop is discipline. You will never get consistent results ridding a roller-coaster of bad eating and poor training. Even when we run into adversity ie poor cholesterol, we should still eat and train with goals in mind. DNP is a band aid for a much larger problem. I know your history and DNP is the last thing you need. Get your mind and spirit right and train constantly and then add in the supplements. There is no supplement for lack of drive, focus and effort. Ask your self how bad you really want this halfe.....

NP man. Despite my sometimes lack of PC responses, I love to see people overcome adversity and succeed. Its in there brother, just bring it out and crush it.
 
To add on to LT, you need to get on a set schedule. Waking up at the same time, going to bed at the same time. Cooking breakfast at the same time. A messed up work schedule can mess this all up but if you have the same schedule everyday then it works great. When you get into a rythmn then your body trains itself to do the same things at the same times. Eating good meals falls into that. Summer us upon us so eating good local produce is easy and cheap, getting out and running in the morning, going to the gym at the same time everyday is an easy process. Now traveling can mess things up but that first day back needs to be the same as your regular schedule and your rythmn falls back into place.

Half Nat....I've watched you since before you were Half Natty, and the only consistent thing you've done is practice bad habits. You HAVE Got to get focused on the reason why you/we do these things that we do. You absolutely cannot out work a bad diet, Period! Your health has always been an issue, so you obviously have some hereditary things going on. Get focused, your way to young to be in the medical condition you keep finding yourself in. If you don't then the drugs you're using won't help you at all, they will just put you in your death bed sooner.

I'm not trying to be a Dick,...but, I believe in "Tough Love". And brother, that's what you need....

So....shut up and lift Sally! 😉

Hehe thanks everyone hope I can get it down and do what I use to live doing but health comes first thanks!
 
Mine is always jumping up, most likely because I start my mornings with 6-8 eggs over easy. But hell, when I drop the eggs and start my day with oatmeal, and some blueberries thrown in, it drops right back down in less than 2 weeks.

i agree lt, i even told him not to use it. this isnt just a diet pill to lose a few pounds :/
