PAN AMS

Well, as of Jan 1st (if we are still here) I am going to be starting my work up toward tha PAN American BJJ championship. lots of training that Im looking forward to.

No, I would but im jsut getting over a neck injury, so im going to invest my time training for the pans, whaat about you?

I'm thinking if I can get back in the gym soon I would like to roll at worlds... Only thing I dont like is it's a submission win only, which could make for some long matches... I also want to go to pan am

I plan to do the worlds after the pans this year. I like sub only matches. All though exhausting its still better to legitimately win or lose than win or lose by an advantage
