I See eg users say that you dont need PCT if you are going right back to TRT. Does anyone know why? Any different opinions out there? Talking about basic 12 wk test run.

Because you just don't. You can't let your natural levels regenerate by being on a cycle or even by being on TRT. Even if you PCT after a cycle then went to TrT your natural levels would crash.

It'd be a waste of funds. Also if your going straight to TRT or a cruise dosage then just use PCT after you come off completely, which not many come off of TRT at all.

I guess that makes sense. I'm new to all this and just started my first cycle. I'm on TRT, was legitimately low, and plan on being on for life (except my want kids someday).

Thanks

Yup pretty much what dd said plus ud add unneeded risks

No problem. Some pct meds can cause health issues. Some members have experienced this.

If your thinking you want kids in future, get your sperm count checked and place it in a sperm bank of its worthy. Think total fee for sperm bank is $500/life and testing is low with insurance.

What is pct?? LoL really no reason to come of more than a trt dose my doc even has instructed me to just lower test a few time a year and run hcg at 250 a week year round.

Yeah, it's getting popular to run the low hCG like you said, but they ask you to pin 3 days up to Test pin. Dr.Scally, I think, came up with that in answer to trt patients wanting help aesthetically.

What exactly does that mean?
