Peanut Butter/Chocolate/Coconut Protein Balls

A delicious, but sugar free chocolatey treat thats super easy to make. Loaded with lots of protein and a good source of fiber.Toss down a couple of these while on the run for a quick, high protein snack. No excuses now.

Total Time: About 5 Minutes
Servings: 9

Ingredients:

2 Scoops Chocolate Whey Protein Powder
2/3 Cups High Protein Peanut Butter
1/4 C golden milled flax meal
1/4 C unsweetened shredded coconut
1 tsp natural vanilla extract
2 packets Splenda
Approx 5 Tbsp water
2 ounces Philadelphia cream cheese (softened)
Hand full of dark Chocolate chips

Directions:

Mix all ingredients in a bowl.(Microwaving for 30 seconds will make them easier to mix). This should be very thick - don't add too much water as you want this to be moldable.

A tablespoonful at a time, roll the mixture into balls, wrap in plastic wrap individually and place into refrigerator. Recommend that you allow to chill for at least 30 minutes.

THATS IT!!! DOES IT GET ANY EASIER??
