So I've been pre diabetic for ages, it's creeped up to the point any higher I'll be diabetic.

I eat healthy, very little sugars do everything right yet no improvement.

Anyone else here have experience with it? Tips appreciated even though I've tried a ton of things might be a great thread for if anyone else is in same boat

Not there GRIM but I know diet plays a big role when your pre diabetic but it sounds like your there. Trying to stay active as well but I know you have a routine so that is helping as well. I don't know your stature but I know getting down to a specific weight for your height but most of us who carry muscle are considered over weight according to the BMI index.....which I consider a joke. When I was on the FD, retired now, we would have twice a year body analysis done. Things like flexibility tests, vertical jump, HR analysis after strenuous activity, agility tests, etc. At the times they performed the tests they would reference the BMI. I was always around 10%BF but according to the scale I was considered obese because of my muscle mass. Anyways, I digress. Have you considered Metformin? I know many that use it to keep insulin sensitivity in check.

Haven't tried it as of yet but debated it

I'm far from fat I have veins everywhere

Bf% unsure but definitely not hi

I also take supplements for it, and semaglutide as well which is supposed to be a treatment for diabetes. No luck.

Maybe just genes

I've gone the metformin route in the past and had decent results with it. Controlled my sugar levels with carb intake, but I was in a show prep regimen, so my caloric intake wasn't a normal one. It's definitely worth the application if you're taking in higher carb meals. But, I've never seen you indulge the carbs at meals.
