has anyone ever ran 400 mgs of primo and seen results from it?

No but I heard you need at least 600 and the cherry on top is at 800. Not my personal experience, just what I have heard elsewhere. Maybe someone else can chine in on this.

Legit primo I’ve seem chicks do well at 100mg per week. Buddy of mine says 600mg is all he needs. He’s big dude (270’s), again his is legit. Sent in for testing came back at 103.8mg, or there abouts.

I hear about guys taking 800mg, I’m wondering is it’s under dosed.

Well, I have run it at 400,600 and 800. A few things come into play the first is we are all different, second what else are you running it with. Let's say you run it with 5to600 T well, that should work nice. But, if the question is what is gonna work best than 800 is a whole lot better than 400mgs. I would say 600mg is the minimum I would recommend with low T or without a few compounds.

Final thoughts, Primo is great stuff. Spend the money as you will love how clean it is and still delivers results. I can only afford it a few times a year, but would do it more if I could.
