igf1-lr3 80mcg/day (was thinking post workout?)
hgh 2.5iu/day (b4 bed)
ghrp-2 300mcg/day split into 3 pins (morning, post workout, b4 bed)

the only new compound to me is igf1-lr3 everything else I've used and I've been on hgh for over 8 months not just starting out.
