Protien French toast

this recipe is low calorie and high protein!...

-low calorie bread (40 calories/slice)
-egg whites beaten
-low calorie syrup
-protein powder of your choice

Simply dip the bread in the egg whites
cook both sides in a pan.

in a little saucer/bowl mix some sugar free/low calorie syrup and 1 scoop of protein powder. Mix to desired consistency (it will be pretty thick)

pour onto french toast
 
mmm sounds good
