Puffy nipples

Ok,

So I have puffy nipples and its not 100% due to AAS use. In 7th grade I developed gyno naturally and was told by a doctor that it should go away over time. Well it never fully went away i've had somewhat puffy nipples since then. However since being on AAS they have gotten a little more puffy and its noticeable through my shirts and its embarassing. I've heard raloxifene is supposed to be good and getting rid of this. I cannot afford surgery as insurace does not cover cosmetic procedures.

I'm looking for any advice/tips to get rid of this issue without surgery. Check out page 2 of my log if you want to see how puffy they are. I am taking arimidex right now. I take 1 mg e3d or so I don't want to take too much too often and crush my estro.

Also would like to add that they sometimes shrink in size NOT just when I'm cold. It is very unpredictable actually. They aren't nearly as puffy as they have been over the past couple of years.

The puffiness got bad on my first cycle when I was ill informed by a relative to run 200mg of anadrol for 4-6 weeks every day and I did. I did not have caber or prami. would taking some now correct this issue??

There is some tissue grown there that's why it's puffy. I had same thing. I cut it out

lol of course but how did you know where to make the incision and what to cut how much to cut etc... you don't happen to be a plastic surgeon do you or is this that simple of a procedure? I'm scared of fucking up and making myself look worse then before haha

And Jack Daniels, though it's a fine line between enough to steady your nerves but not so much you cut off a nipple.

Easy actually, just cut around edge of nipple. Had it stitched up at er. Looks perfect. No noticable scars

I only did one side at a time. Lol. But ya I wouldn't recommend it. Haha. Unless your crazy

No doubt crazy AF what TK did, But if my nips were that bad and the cash wasn't there I'd sure as he'll consider it too lol. Few hours of intense pain, chance of infection, very small chance of infection plus going septic and dying lol might be worth it vs. Having to feel ashamed every time you take your shirt off at the pool or beach. Vanity will make you do some crazy shit.

Ill give you my personal experience as I suffer from the same issue. I've all ways had gyno growing up but never really payed any attention to it because it never bothered me.
It wasn't till I started working out and someone recommended I take a Pro-hormone, which at the time i really didn't know anything about. A few weeks in to the cycle i started to develop really bad gyno and at the time I didn't have sources like the once i have today.

Ever since then i have tried everything you can think of try and get rid of the gyno, letro, adex, aromasin, tamox, etc. I mega dosed a lot of things basically experimenting on my self, waste of money. If the gyno has been there for a while now chances are it wont leave, you can shrink it but they will flare up again.
Just my two cents

Lmao. Not right at all!! $6000 for surgery or 20 minutes and a vial of lidocaine from Puerto Rico.....that's how I looked at it. Lol. I got no infection or problems and looks great. Ended up costing me $200 total for er trip and they gave me antibiotics
