If you let someone live by you and literally you got nothing in return its your place hell if you were paid even your only rules being you are asked before they have any company as they abused the privilege then they still do it without asking, have people come over while you're asleep, in your face while awake through the window how would you feel/react?

Beyond this you know they are doing illegal shit, the traffic, window's etc are going to draw cops.

How would you feel, what would you do?

First I would feel disrespected, and 2nd you set boundaries and they did not abide by those boundaries you set may not say everything about the person in question here, but it does say ALOT. I myself have been given many chances, in a case like this, sit this person down and go over the guidelines and boundaries again, if they are broken after that would speak if they may need to find someone or somewhere else to go. It's tough especially if it's a good friend I had to do it this past summer, but there wasn't a second talk due to the nature he was in and what he was doing, he lasted 3 days and my wife called me at work and said he was not only here without me #1 rule, but he was high #2, so he made that decision and I had to ask him to leave, one of the hardest things I've ever done considering he is my best friend. He is all good now. Hope this helps

2 months, props to you for going that long, and it's probably cause you have a good heart and to me it seems he is manipulating that very thing. I can't sit here man to man and tell you what to do. This is gonna be a situation where you draw the line and end up asking him to leave, it's tough, but always remember, HE MADE THE CHOICE not you, you trying to protect you and your home, that's as far a man can go is his home. If you do this he gonna cry and give all kinds if sib shut but remember, it's coming from the realm of manipulation.

They would need to leave. One of the biggest mistakes we do to ourselves is letting people get comfortable with their bad behaviors then it becomes a bigger issue as time goes on
