Is there anything out there that u do not have to shot up to get size and build if so let me no what it is thanks

Shot up? Are you referring to injectable vs oral?
 
Sure, but the sides from orals are just as serious (more so, in my opinion) as from Injectables.
 
Orals are more liver toxic and you shouldn't run them as long. Of course they work best and you get the best results with at least running them with Testosterone.

Dbol, Anadrol, Turinabol. Three good ones.

I still recommend at least running a trt dosage of test at minimal with orals.
