The Russian and Bulgarian weightlifters don't worry about smoking, or at least they didn't used to. It MUST be anabolic. I'm pretty sure you have to drink vodka too, though.
 
thats awesome ! the hardest parts over, now to break the triggers like talking on the phone, driving a car, eating. you can do this!!
