Hey all,
So as some of you know i recently recovered from a nice abscess that i had in my lower left lat. Now my question is "How do i go about starting to work it out again?"
I have worked it out once a couple days ago when i hit back. It hurt a lil bit during and afterward. Is this normal? Or do i need to treat it as i would a muscle tear? Or just take it easy? Do i use the same amount of weight per lat? Or go with what each can do? Just want to get the best opinions i can on this. I love my gym and it would devistate me if i really fucked up my lat.
