Salt

I never use salt myself dont even own it

I put a little bit if salt in every meal.
I season all my food with spices and himalayan pink salt.
I also add himalayan pink salt to my intra workout drink.
Natural salt isn't bad, we need it. There's is a small percentage of the population that react badly to it.

I bought Himalyan salt a couple of weeks ago. I also add spices (ginger, garlic, curcumin, ....) to everything I eat (soups, cottage cheese, salads, sweet potatoes).

Salt is only an issue if you don't hydrate. Your body compensates for your intake, but if the intake is abnormally high and your water intake is abnormally low, then regulating becomes an issue. I don't use standard table salt, but I do use Low Sodium seasoned salt on all my grilling meats.

Salt isnt bad as long as you limit it.
I myself get enough sodium from food

I realized if I start using salt, I use more and more every time. So I try to stay away from it and I never have a problem. It sure adds a nice kick to your food tho.

I use no salt or fake salt. When I had a coach that I admired cause he taught me a lot, he made it very clear that salt is not bad and is essential to the body. So if the wife and I are out to eat, I don't push the salt shaker aside. I use it
