something about early sat morning leg days!
Back squats 2x25, 1x15,1x12,4x5
front squats 1x25, 1x15,2x10
hack squats 2x12
hamstring curls single 4x15
leg extensions 3x15
thigh abductor ?3 x whatever lol

yeah well first time to do legs since lateral meniscus surgery about 10-11 weeks ago. my knee's pounding right now

Nice......I hate/love Hack squats! I can't decide.... :🙂
 
I trained legs 2x EW for about 6 months but it took its toll on my knees. I was in love with hack and front squats. I'd set a goal of 400x 30 last summer. Didn't make it though, got 315x 25. Maybe next year....still decent in my book for 40. Lol
 
6-2" currently around 250lbs will hit 270 by end of cycle 😉
