Totally over kill. Silver Wound Gel prevents scaring. I suppose you could wipe the area with a alcohol pad after injecting, but I don't see why. Safety for injections is to clean the area prior to injecting so garbage doesn't get injected into the skin. I don't see a need after the fact.
