I pitch and play baseball. Before I can top out at upper 80s when I was 18. Now I'm throwing maybe 80 at best. And I know for a fact I'm significantly stronger vs when I was 175lbs at 18. I feel so much loss of power when I pitch because my shoulder won't wing back and it's fighting me when I rear back and throwing. It actually fucks with my accuracy as well as it makes my arm tense. What are some should mobility and flexibility things I can do?
