Lack of sleep, ZERO energy or strength, injury after injury.

Still been soldiering on, today I damn near think I might be turning a corner.

Repped 315 no spot, for a gimp isn't bad, strength def kicking in, second session 12 45 pound plates on the incline machine max it takes I still had energy for..

My heart rate monitor also showed a big increase in heart rate..

HOPING like hell this means I'll be back to my normal gimpy self

Im used to challenges, injuries etc but this has been insane!

Last few months just from thyroid crashing I lost a lot of lean mass and gained a ton in fat backwards SUCKS
 
i have been for years beyond most peoples ability to do so..

LMFAO bro Ive beyond what most anyone does.
FULLY paralyzed, 6 strokes.
Im already beyond hanging in there.
The injuries and no sleep, thyroid crash on top of that is a bit excessive over what
i already deal with.
 
Hoping im back to my normal gimpy self which is already WELL beyond what most would push through
 
I just want energy I can handle pain. Literal fumes for energy sucks balls bro

every day is a challenge, 2 much extra makes things impossible yet ive been still fighting
just be nice to at least have energy back, its been so bad imagine being hung over and no sleep for a week or more
that literally how bad its been

Today was back
Rowed 275 which is tough as F having 1 arm basically have zero bicep strength/back

BUT actually adapted it, heaviest CLEAN reps ive done in some time

Ive done heavier but not as many or form
 
I know you'll keep pushing. Especially when you consider the alternative.
