First of this coming month is BULK time!

Never really cut this summer, sorta leaned out a bit and gained few pounds

Sitting at 240-245 atm

Will hopefully hit at least 260 on bulk
 
will be watching G, keep us posted on your cycle etc.....

Most of my gains in my chest can visibly see

I really dont work legs or low back much as I cant. Today my day off I do light legs/low back
 
sitting in low 250's def see some extra fat...but to be expected during a bulk im going at it semi aggressively, way more carbs than im used to

just weighed myself 252.8
