I order straight whey protien isolate. Just the raw protein. You can get it in huge amounts. I order 40lbs for 226 bucks. Then just mix my own shakes.

They always seem to have those generic muscle milk foil container looking proteins in stock in Sam's club. I've got a ton of them barely in date that I can't take because I'm lactose intolerant. I put them in my closet in case the food supply dries up and I'd rather shit myself to death than starve. Also two mostly full jugs of seth feroce's grass fed bovine protein or whatever it is. Same issue.
