Going INSANE but adapting..

Im using milk jugs at 15-20 minute spurts throughout the day to at least get a workout in.

They are light but the fast paced volume actually kicking my ass!
 
Wish i could jog or do body weight stuff. But both those pretty much out the window
Struggling but trying to work some limited body weight stuff in. Its nuts i can bench etc but pushups extremely difficult for several reasons.

Just gotta get it in however we can!
 
Lucky I still have a bench and weights , dumbbells from 5lbs to 55 lbs. Elliptical and a stationary bike. And bands. E-z pushup grips.
