I think I've done bought about 5 tablets. This one is rather cheap anyway the deal is the kiddo forgot the password or let some other kid know it and they changed it so now she's locked out of this tablet. She has another one lil newer but I hate to see this one just go to waste because of the password being lost. Trying to do a factory reset on it. You hold the volume up and down buttons together and hit the power button is what I read online to reset it but all I get is this pic of this lil android dude...? Any help w this ? It says model tab-840G on the back.
