Hey everyone - this is kind of a long post - really looking for some new ideas on this one - I've pretty much exhausted all of my ideas.
I got a sore throat over a month ago. It's generally painful on my whole throat, but specifically in one spot on the right side it is especially painful. The pain persists throughout the night and day.
I went to the doctor 2 weeks ago and I felt like he thought I was engaging in drug seeking behavior - he had a sort of smirk the whole time and it felt like he thought there was some other agenda going on. I had a script for 20 x 50 mg ultram 6 months ago when I pulled the fuck out of my back doing deadlifts - after a week it was still hurting so I went back - they felt like I should have had 1 pill left or felt I shouldn't be taking it as prescribed or something. The point is - this time the doctor was unhelpful with my sore throat. Told me to gargle salt water (after already having this going on for 2 weeks).
I had been eating salmon 3 or 4 times a day prior to this and almost nothing else. I stopped eating salmon over 2 weeks ago in case it was a food allergy. Also, one particular batch had a lot of bones in it. I think I ended up swallowing one. Like 3 days ago I felt like I had a hair on my tongue - I pulled it out and it was a bent salmon bone. Which is weird - I brush my teeth, use mouthwash, etc. a few times a day. So I was thinking maybe a bone had gotten stuck back in my tonsil area and finally worked itself out.
It's been a few days since that and it hasn't gotten better. I have to spray chloroseptic in the back of my throat off and on throughout the night to sleep. I'm sucking on Cepacol, and whatever other lozenges I can find throughout the day and some of the night. Over the last week I've started having really hard gagging/coughing spells where my throat feels like it's spasming (this happens maybe once every 1 or 2 days).
I started taking Amoxicillin and Cipro a couple of days ago - going to continue that for 10 days to see if it helps anything (the doctor had told me to come back for an antibiotic if it didn't get better in a week or so). [Edit: forgot to mention that I've started having the pain in my ears as well as my throat when I swallow].
I'm taking 50-100mg Test P and 125mg Tren A every day. I've had thoughts about whether it's some sort of a reaction to the Tren building up (prostaglandin response or something - I don't know shit about this stuff honestly). But I've taken Tren daily for 2 or 3 years before and never had an issue like this.
If anyone has any ideas I'd love to hear them. Thanks!
