My dad passed away and I just got back into town last night. I haven't been able to log on, I just wanted to be with my mother and make sure she was good.
It was a long fought battle with cancer and kidney disease and it finally took the lead.

I apologize, but there are too many post and threads for me to get caught up on, so I'm marking them all read and I'll catch up as they come back around.

Bossman, I haven't forgotten about you...sorry for the delay.

Real sorry to hear that Boss. Cancer is a cruel, heartless bitch. Some come out okay, and some don't....I hope your dad is part of the former.

Yea....that sucks, and probably hit me the hardest. When I had to pick my dad up off the ground because he couldn't pick himself up.....well, that's not how you ever see your father, or really want to.

Keep strong, and remember, at some point He will begin to feel like he's burdening his family. Be there to assure him that couldn't be further from the truth. He'll need you now as much as you've ever needed him.
