Good info!

Back in Texas, I'd go to Walgreens and buy boxes of 100 syringes - no questions asked - that was 10 years ago.

Here on the east coast (DC area) nearly all pharmacies require prescriptions even though Maryland/Virginia law does not require this (however, most pharmacies have a register).

Here's really what this info means.......

It's up to any pharmacy to make up their own rules. Since they are all a private business they have the right to refuse service to anyone. What it does mean though, is you don't have to worry about getting pulled over and be arrested for Paraphernalia. Might get harassed a little, but, if it's not illegal to have them....you're golden.

cck99352I'm in tx and it's still that way. I prefer ordering them though. They still look at you damn funny. Especially if I'm wearing shirt sleeves. I only get emergency bags of slins if I need them from the local stores. However I did have a dickhead ask me if I bought my insulin at their walgreens one time and when I said no he refused to sell me pins. Power tripping asshole.

ok, im a fucking idiot. So in mass. I can get insulin without a script. But I do need script for syringes?

JM750Correct. The thinking is most junkies can't do what they got to do with an insulin syringe. But, a Hyperdermic is multi purpose....
