Agree on this vid, diet/training hand in hand with while on gear, the more of it the heavier 'longer' your sets/routines need to be.
 
Just had some natty buddies send me this to see what I thought.
Told em it was a little dramatic haha, but very spot on. Only thing I added was that even at higher reps we're still using much more weight than natty people so they wouldn't have the mental picture of a 250lb person curling 20's all damn day
 
I've always worked out this way. If the muscle I'm working on doesn't hurt ( in a good way ) then what's the point ? The muscle won't grow !!!
I see people at the gym all the time and they're not growing ! They stick with the easy shit and it's like they have no drive .
I give it my all when I go to the gym, but that's what makes us different from them !!! IMO !!!
