In years past I would compete at 308 or shw. The last few years I have been out with injuries just getting old. This July I’m doing a meet with my youngest daughter. I will be 48 lifting as a 242. I have dropped over 60lbs of body weight in a year. Been cruising trt at 300 every 14 days.
I’m not doing more than 2 pins a week and I can’t pack on much weight and still be under 242. I’m thinking low dose test tren and var.
 
Diet keyed in, var with tren cut mix should easily beable to maintain weight while gaining strength, shedding some bf.
Few options, EQ another doesnt add on ton of size at all

Maybe some Halo? I’ve got some, you can have it for cost. It’s from an EG vendor.
 
I agree with the above...halo is a great option to add strength with little/no weight. Winstrol could be another option....not quite as harsh as halo. Look into Superdrol too.
 
I'm always about the Prop/Tren. Strength gains with weight Recomp.... But, if you don't want to lean out to much, you could go with the Long Ester. That'll add a little bit, but if you don't overdo the Pins, you would be fine.... just have to pull some water

Halo more of a quick bump not lasting in my xp, superdrol def avoid if not wanting mass
 
diet of course, anything can be used for cutting or bulking some work better than others but diet the foundation
 
Tren. EQ will have you hold water and that means an increase in bodyweight. Low dose of test, moderate tren, halo.
 
eq never done that to me personally and water easy to shed
 
You can shed water easily but remember if you do a water drop you risk injury too and a horrible time... cramps, the shits, etc... I have done plenty of water drops since you have a 24hour weigh in but it's not always worth it imho. I would go high tren, low test and not gain any weight yet gain stupid strength.
 
@BrotherIron EQ isnt really known to hold water or if any very little though from my XP and I use it alot 1 of my fav compounds and all my reading.

@GRIM I've run it many times over the years and have experienced some water retention. Not to the degree of things like Deca but everyone reacts differently. The OP is wanting to run something that will keep his weight the same while adding pounds to his lift. EQ isn't the best answer for that.
 
@BrotherIron just test is gonna hold way more water and put more mass on than eq.
eq is literally 1 of the most mild compounds out there known for small quality gains
 
@GRIM that's why I would only run a TRT dose of test and run it with a high dose of tren. That's how PLer's did it back in the day and it worked very well. I personally would also run a low dose of T3 with the tren b/c I don't exp. the lethargy if I do that but again everyone reacts differently.
