Besides Baby Aspirin & Fish Oil, does anyone have any recommendations for supplements to assist in lowering blood pressure and also assisting in Cholesterol?

cardio, cut out carbs as much as you can/completely. nothing works as well on cholesterol as cutting out carbs. it is a very simple solution to a serious issue

Red Yeast rice capsules!
They are awesome for cholesterol. You can find them in the vitamin and supplement isle at your local grocery store. I've heard nothing but good things about it. Ancient Chinese secret bro!

I researched red yeast and it says could cause liver damage, muscle pains and muscle damage. Article said to be cautious of red yeast that it has to be purified/terminated correctly or it could contain the poison Citrinin.

Basically it's good cause it has statin like properties for blood pressure etc but it could have some bad side effects.

Red yeast rice is where they synthsize statins from i believe..

Beet root and garlic great choices

Oh dang.. yeah I never new about that. Yeah, skip that idea then. You don't wanna end up doing that if the side effects outweigh the positives. I should looked that one up first lol

Going to do Fish Oil @2400, coq10 @ 120, baby aspirin @ 81, Nac @ 1200 per day along with (4) on cycle support capsules per day.

I'm taking 5mg of Cialis a day which allegedly helps BP, but so far all I get is hard-ons and headaches from it.

I hear headaches are a common side effect. But damn these headaches are bad.

Blood pressure hangs around 137/94.

I'm only running a cruise dosage of 200mg per week Test.

Beet root....

Oatmeal with blueberries, along with taking fish oil. Works like a charm for me every time I need to lower my cholesterol. As for high blood pressure... I drop my sugar and salt intake.

agree with drakonrep... cardio... just brisk walking 3-5 days a week for 20-30 minutes...drops my blood pressure remarkably.

cholesterol ... diet manipulation is key for that... i don't cut carbs like drakonrep does...but i do intermittent fasting... and it has had an amazing effect on my fasted glucose levels... last reading was 74 i think.. and my cholesterol total number has been very good.

i have issues with low HDL.. especially cycling... but cardio really help there too

key is keeping insuling down. IF or keto or super low carbs, all different ways to simply keep the release of insulin to a absolute minimum. less insulin = more health
since 84 when GH became widely available the carb consumption ain bbing went skyhigh. guys in 70's ate pretty much keto always. nobody eat bread or pastas etc, only 1x a week for refeed and restart of leptin and other hormones. obesity is sky high and reason is epic carb consumption
