cardio, cut out carbs as much as you can/completely. nothing works as well on cholesterol as cutting out carbs. it is a very simple solution to a serious issueDaredevil date=1481162058 said:Besides Baby Aspirin & Fish Oil, does anyone have any recommendations for supplements to assist in lowering blood pressure and also assisting in Cholesterol?

They are awesome for cholesterol. You can find them in the vitamin and supplement isle at your local grocery store. I've heard nothing but good things about it. Ancient Chinese secret bro!
Oh dang.. yeah I never new about that. Yeah, skip that idea then. You don't wanna end up doing that if the side effects outweigh the positives. I should looked that one up first lolDaredevil date=1481169471 said:I researched red yeast and it says could cause liver damage, muscle pains and muscle damage. Article said to be cautious of red yeast that it has to be purified/terminated correctly or it could contain the poison Citrinin.
Basically it's good cause it has statin like properties for blood pressure etc but it could have some bad side effects.

IF or keto or super low carbs, all different ways to simply keep the release of insulin to a absolute minimum. less insulin = more healthkrustus date=1481211639 said:agree with drakonrep... cardio... just brisk walking 3-5 days a week for 20-30 minutes...drops my blood pressure remarkably.
