T3 & t4

I am currently on 4IUs of GH. I am taking 50 mcgs of T3. After doing some research it sounds like I should be taking T4 with it. Does anyone have any suggestions in rgards to the T4 dose. I just took 200 mcgs today for my 1st does. I have read where people have suggested to take 400 mcgs. That seems a little drastic. Any feedback would be appreciated. Thanks in advance

I did 200mcgs with 5iu and was fine. I agree 400mcgs seemed a bit a much.

Were you also taking T3 and what did you notice in regards to results?

I was not. T4, GH and gear.

Do you think it assisted with fat loss?

I do. But how much it's hard to say.
