Life isn?t about being comfortable. Comfort keeps us rigid, we dont learn, we dont grow but it keeps us safe. We love to judge and critique others for being different, for stepping into the arena while getting their ass kicked. All the while we sit in the safe stands and eat popcorn! Fuck that!

The safe and comfortable people pass judgements for being different, standing up for what you believe and living an authentic you. Ignore those mother fuckers and dont even give them energy. Why? They arent even in the arena! They want to talk, step in and lets go.

It takes courage and vulnerability to be in that arena EVERY GO DAMN DAY! It might be scary but the growth, discipline and adaptability that is created for life surpasses sitting in the safe zone.

The goal is to learn how to become comfortable while being uncomfortable.

Failing is part of the process and without failing we dont learn. It allows us to reframe, restructured and surpass our goals and dreams.

Dont give up.
Dont just try.
Dont be afraid to fail.

If you feel like life dealt you a bad hand, think again. Its all how you learn how to adapt with the hand you were dealt.

Get rid of the poor me-isms.
Get rid of the blame and shame.

Start taking responsibility and stop being the audience to your own life.

Focus on progress, not perfection.
Focus on responding, not reacting.
Focus on being mindful, not mindless.

Get up everyday no matter what your goals are, no matter what your demons are and get in that FUCKING ARENA!
