I will be running 50mg dbol 50 mg anadrol50 ed 1hour before workout. Then I will be pinning 200mg tren E and 250mg sustanon Eod. I will be taking nova 20mg a day throughout the cycle. My current weight is 230lbs Im trying to get back to 265 by the time this cycle is over. I would love for my bench to get back in the 315 for reps, and deadlifts in the 600 and squats in the high 400's ripped groin gotta be carefull there.
 
First week all is well. Unfortunately my weight is not climbing yet due to after effects of my chest cold. Back and biceps today started with lat pulldowns 130 for 15 ,140 for 12, 160 for 8,160 for 8 moved on to close grip tbar pulldowns 140 for 12, 160 for 10, 160 for 10, 180 for 8 on to seated close grip rows 140 for 12 stayed at that weight and just concentrated heavily on the mind muscle connection. did 3 sets then hit deadlifts 225 for 12, 315 for 10, 315 for 8, 315 for 8: then moved on to biceps alternating db curls 40's for 10, 45's for 10, 45's for 8 then hammercurls db 35's for 3 sets of 10 then machine cable curls with ez curl bar. rack for 3 sets of 10.
 
Awesome update bro! I hate being sick, it takes a toll on the body and keeps gains from coming for a bit after.

This cold has moved on to a raging stomach virus and i lost about 9 lbs. I am hoping to get a better grip on my health this week and start the gains. It is still in the first week of this cycle so I have alot of time to improve and GAIN.
 
I would go get some antibiotics from the doctor to cure the cold right away. You still have plenty of time to gain but get better quickly so no more of that time is wasted.

Alright the gains are coming. Strength is up and the sweating is annoying to say the least. I happen to be on methadone probably for the rest of my life and the tren and the methadone have me sweating day n night. Im on the way to the clinic then the gym i will log workout after.

Chest started out with 75lb dumbell presses for 15's than 85's for 12 than 90's for 10, switched over to flat bench 225 for 3 sets till failure ,that only amounted to 1 set of 11, 2 sets of 8.,than I went on to smith machine inclined 205 for 10 than 205 for 10,last set was 205 for 8. fly machine 4 sets of 120 than bodyweigt dips till failure. did tricep pushdowns than rope pushdowns
 
its been a slow couple of weeks. due to dietary issues im not gaining.
