TNE year round? even when cruisin? or just when blasting

alright... do you guys use TNE even while cruisin or only during blast?

I use it while cruising on my big lift days! Tne is amazing! I don't see how some say they dont get much from it. Cause I feel like a kid on Christmas when its tne day!

First time i done TNE i shot 50mgs. Felt Amazing! Then two days later i shot another 50mgs. Didnt feel focus or strength increase.. Still felt down that day. Maybe i should up it to 100mgs?

4everstrong75-100 is normal I think, some do more still

For you guys using this for all your workouts are you noticing a lot of water retention? I've always heard mix reviews that yes it will bloat you and no its in and out too quickly to aromatize...guess it very individualize and also depends on factors such as diet and bf.

Also are you guys stepping up your AI when using it regularly? what are your typical doses of adex, letro or aromasin?
