TRT dose 100-125mg a week....estro control

ok i run a TRT dose year round of 100-125mg a week.... i noticed if i use a very small dose of liquid exemestane that my libido is usually up a little for a day or 2 after and way more morning wood... spontaneous erections, etc...

my problem is if i do another small dose i feel like i crush the estro too low... had confirmed this once with bloods while doing 2-3 very small doses (6.25 or so) a week of exemestane... put my estro at almost zero.

i think a little estro control on my TRT at my age would be good though ....would arimidex at low doses once a week since it is longer acting be a better choice.

i only started using exemestane because it is said to be healthier (lipids, etc) while on cycle... but the dose for TRT estro control would be so small arimidex may be a better fit?

May not even need estrogen control at that low of a dose.. I dont. Pretty sure bf% is a key factor though.

i use sometime half of a 12.5 cap, i just crack it open and take half , so i get about 5 to 6 mg , seems to be plenty at 120 mg a week

Everyone is different but me personally if I take under a gram I don't need Anti E. I take Adex when I do

yeah i dont think i need it per say...but i noticed when i take a small dose of an AI i feel better...

I'm on TRT, 200 mg/wk. I don't take an AI b/ bloods show I'm not converting to E2.

i'm not too estro sensitive, so try not to take anything other than a low dose of an ai, if anything. i find that ai's are really hard on my joints.

bumping this again...

i'm thinking about switching to anastrozole and see if it is easier to control my estro...

exemestane seems to put me on a roller coaster looking for the right dose... iuse liquid and a dropper... but doesn't seem to get me right all the time...

when my estro is right... spontaneous erections.. harder erections... night time erections..etc... but then i either over do the exemestane or under do and not so great.

since anastrozole is longer acting and i only need a small amount of estro control with my trt.. i'm thinking it might be easier to dial in?
