I like the fact that Rich has a simple thinking man's approach to BB. To many times people make it out to be so much more complex and it confuses a lot of people. Not to say you shouldn't educate and learn as much as possible but sometimes keeping it simple is the best way.

I totally agree. I'm really enjoying these videos. He tells it like it is,.No sugar coat. I'm so tired of the pussies that try to steer you down the wrong road because they are afraid to tell you the truths. This guy is refreshing to listen to, because I believe he has nothing to hide. He's not worried about you and I getting bigger then him because he is already there…...

U see all these new faces comin out with their perspective on shit tryin to make a buzz in the BB world, when if u really listen to them, they're not even schooled in English, but they're giving advice !!! Fuckin Posers !!!

Ah...the myth of "Over-Training". In my opinion you cant over-train. Now... you can under-rest and under-eat...but you cant over-train. I go in to the gym. My avg workout is about 75 minutes and I train two muscle groups. That sounds average...Right? Here is my difference...I work the whole time im in there! No socializing...no long extended greetings. No prolonged rest periods between sets. I basically work in a circuit style going from exercise to exercise. An occasional trip to the water fountain and a quick kiss for Ms Tuna...thats it for rest. I FUCKIN GO TO WORK! My workouts arent gauged by how much weight I lifted for a single rep but rather how exhausted I am when I walk out the door.

Now because of this...most peeps in the gym fuckin hate my ass. I dont smile...I dont laugh...I dont talk about the newest piece of ass to walk thru the door. Music on...rage on...go to work! I dont make a lot of friends there.

But this method serves me. It may not be for everyone. Im obviously no mass monster... But...I can keep good muscle tone and low bodyfat and I dont even do cardio...NO CARDIO! Why? Because I bust my ass the whole time im in there.

Rant complete. Now back to your regularly scheduled program.
