I take one Aloe Vera colon cleanse tab each morning to stay regular. I add magnesium (in caps) because my gastroenterologist says that we cannot have too much magnesium in our body.

When you recommended me to do a cleanse a few months ago and that thing did miracles, was just a whole body cleanse I picked up from GNC
