Trying to cut carbs..

This lock down has me eating comfort foods and boredom eating.

Oats 3-4 bowls a day with spices and protein powder/berries

Not a bad comfort food, calories not really hi daily but DAMN carbs sure holding the water!
 
Love overnight oats with a scoop or two whey and some blueberries.....not as frequent as you brotha.
 
@01dragonslayer plus i dont eat much more than that, steamed veggies, maybe few eggs etc.
its majority of diet atm
this shit/gym close fng my head up
 
@GRIM the gyms being closed is really getting old. Once thing open its time to blast some large doses of food and gear.
 
@jstone yes it is, mine opens tomorrow but 1 hour by appointment.
im used to 6-8 hours a day, 2-3 workouts
far cry from normal
 
@GRIM thats what I am worried about mine doing as well. Since they are limiting the time you can spend working out are they going to give you a reduced rate? Why pay the full price when you are not getting your full workout in? We will see.
